Hammer Packaging wanted to make a bold statement in their recruitment efforts with a billboard along the 390 Expressway in Rochester, NY. The goal was to capture attention and drive job applications with a high-impact, visually compelling display. 

 

I led the visual design, including photography, layout, and brand integration, creating a dynamic billboard that strengthened Hammer’s visibility and supported recruitment objectives.

Objective:
