Hammer Packaging Billboard

Driving Recruitment on the 390 Expressway

Hammer Packaging sought to make a bold statement in their recruitment efforts by designing a billboard along the 390 Expressway in Rochester, NY. Positioned for maximum visibility, the billboard aimed to capture the attention of potential job applicants in a striking, memorable way.

I worked on creating a visually dynamic display, utilizing bold imagery and Hammer’s brand elements to communicate a clear, compelling message. The result was a high-impact billboard that not only enhanced brand visibility but also played a pivotal role in increasing job applications. This project highlights my ability to create large-format designs that blend powerful visuals with concise, effective messaging to drive tangible results.

Driving Impact with Large-Scale Billboard Design for Hammer Packaging

Designing a billboard for Hammer Packaging, the goal was clear: attract more job applicants to Hammer Packaging. We used a striking image, which I personally took, to create an eye-catching billboard that would stand out to commuters on the 390 expressway in Rochester, NY. The design adhered to Hammer’s branding guidelines, ensuring the company’s colors and typography were prominently featured, while strategically highlighting the key message—We're Hiring!.

Given the large size of the billboard and its prime location, it became an unmissable focal point against the backdrop of the highway. The bold visuals and clear message helped increase visibility, resulting in a notable boost in job applications for the company.
