Driving Recruitment on the 390 Expressway

Hammer Packaging wanted to make a bold statement in their recruitment efforts with a billboard along the 390 Expressway in Rochester, NY. Positioned for maximum visibility, the goal was to capture attention and drive job applications.

 

I led the visual design, creating a dynamic, large-format display that combined compelling imagery with Hammer’s brand elements. The result was a high-impact billboard that strengthened brand visibility and supported recruitment goals.

The objective was clear: attract more job applicants to Hammer Packaging. I used a striking image I captured personally to create an eye-catching billboard that stood out to commuters on the 390 Expressway. The design adhered to Hammer’s branding, featuring company colors, typography, and a concise “We’re Hiring!” message.

 

The billboard’s large format and strategic placement made it an unmissable focal point, delivering high visibility and a measurable increase in job applications. This project demonstrates my ability to design at scale, blending bold visuals with clear, actionable messaging to drive tangible results.
